Channelkirk Primary led by the pupil Eco Council are building towards Green Flag Eco School accreditation. From 5th-9th October we had our first ever whole school Eco week. All classes including the nursery came off-timetable for the week. Children learned about eco-friendly and sustainable living, biodiversity and climate change as well as solving environmental problems within the school grounds. Children also experienced workshops provided from incoming partners such as Zoo Lab and Trash.
